The mirror is shaped exactly like the OEM part and also has the heating element on the backside of the mirror glass. The clips attach tightly to the OEM counterparts. The OEM plug can be plugged into it with a bit of effort. However, the heating element is smaller and you can clearly see it does not cover the whole glass surface as with the OEM part. It only heats exactly where the heating element is and not any further so the melted area is visibly smaller. Thankfully the heating element still melts enough from the correct spot of the glass surface so that you can see behind you. Would recommend. Good enough part but not OEM level of heating element.

Also on this right side part, the heating element was glued to incorrect place, it is glued to the top side of the mirror and is tilted instead of it being glued to the bottom side of the mirror and being straight. Thankfully the heating element still melts enough from the correct spot of the glass surface so that you can see behind you. Would recommend. Good enough part but not OEM level of heating element.
