Toen de bezorgdienst het glas bracht, heb ik het niet meteen gecontroleerd. Ongeveer een maand later, toen het tijd was om het glas te installeren, heb ik het uitgepakt en ontdekt dat het in de rechterbovenhoek gebarsten was. Ik denk dat dit is gebeurd omdat het glas slechts gedeeltelijk en niet volledig was verpakt. Ik weet nu niet wat ik moet doen. Waarschijnlijk zal ik nieuw glas moeten bestellen, maar ik vertrouw hun bezorgdienst niet meer. Ik zou graag willen weten of ik in aanmerking kom voor een vergoeding of vervanging.
